Refund Policy - the basics

Thank you for shopping with The L Studio. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must request a refund more than 24 hours before the event. Cancellation more than 48 hours of event time is eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, you may only receive a 50% refund. 

Services must not have been fully rendered.

Proof of purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all refund requests.

Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for refunds: Gift cards, Personalized or custom-made items, Sale or clearance items, Services already rendered

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact us at TheLstudio.info@gmail.com with your order number and details of the services/item you would like to return/refund.

Refund or exchange: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, we may offer an exchange for another item of equal value, if preferred.

Shipping Costs:

Returns due to defect or error: If you are returning an item due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Returns for other reasons: If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund. If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process. Notes: This refund policy applies to purchases made directly from The L Studio.We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it periodically.
